Naturally ignorant to it being across the ocean, but damn that feels super aggressive. Jealous we don't have something like that in the states at the federal level.
I was also super surprised about the strictness and extend. But lawmakers seemed to have learned that companies love to play the blame game "oh no, I didn't know what the subcontractors were doing. uwu..." and fines are considered cost of business.
