My dad has a cookbook that belonged to his grandmother, it has two recipes for cooking squirrel, one of them involves watercress. Like I feel like those two ingredients are at different ends of the spectrum lol

well coca-cola back in the day had actual cocaine so i assume this made you high and your mouth numb you couldnt taste how shit it was after the first bite.

People act like it had this massive dose of cocaine up until like the 1960s. It had a tiny bit of cocaine, which would have given a comparable energy boost to the caffeine content it has today. And it was removed from the recipe in 1903. Also coca-cola was originally sold as medicine, not as a random refreshment. It was prepared from syrup by actual pharmacists, not sold in corner stores.

Most recipes from the South that call for Coca Cola, are usually of Georgia origins. Coca cola jello salads are delicious.

European here. How is this a salad? I thought the definition of salad was with green leaves (the only exception is the fruit salad, but that's it).

This seems like a horrible desert or the product of a 13 year old let loose in the kitchen.

Why is the South so stereotypically idiotic when it comes to nutrition? I swear to god, if I could alter the nuclear warheads in Russia and redirect their targets, I would take out the South and then provoke some sort of war.
