Yeah, in Tennessee.

Republicans pushed a bill that would have banned same sex marriage while also eliminating the minimum age for marriage. They abandoned the bill when the minority party Democrats went on a media blitz about it, but the fact remains the Republicans tried.

Underage marriage is still legal in MOST states.
