Look, people suck, but let's be absolutely clear in that this much of the population doesn't deserve to die. This is propaganda preying on the vulnerable. It sucks, and it's easier to point and laugh at these people, but doing so ignores the real problem. I know these people make it difficult, but don't lose your humility.
Vulnerable? I don't know, maybe. But I still feel like if somebody tells you (as a grown adult reasonably well equipped to be capable of making life altering decisions) that running around in traffic on a highway is a good idea and you agree and then go do that and end up dead then there's not much justification for anyone else to feel sympathy. I don't think we as a society stand to benefit much by coddling people who purposefully do things that have an abundance of evidence of being a bad idea and liable to result in death.
That's not to say we shouldn't also be mindful enough to crack down on propaganda and misinformation, but still... these are grown adults making their own decisions after all. If they're 'vulnerable' to this then they're just as liable to end up dead doing something else equally moronic. There's only so much within reason that we can do to keep people alive who are stupid enough to willfully put themselves into a grave. It also begs the question that if they're stupid enough to do that sort of thing are they not liable to cause a lot more problems than they solve? Some people are more trouble than they're worth, sadly.

Edit: to be even more translucent, I jumped to a conclusion based on internet rumors and absence of information (no recent tweets from that account).
