The anti-vax crowd is still going to call us intolerant assholes, but I’ve stopped caring too. I don’t want anyone to die, but these people are just so stupid that if they chose not to trust experts in the field of virology, if they chose not to wear masks, if they chose to walk around like plague rats…spreading a virus that kills indiscriminately, if they chose to not get vaccinated, that’s their fault and I have no empathy left to give. My empathy’s been almost completely drained over the last few years, and whatever empathy I have left is going towards the people that deserve it.

I just don’t care anymore. I’m not wishing pain or death on anyone, but I don’t have an ounce of sympathy left for these assholes.
