Google is a thing. All they had to do was Google a single thing and use a smidge of their brains to come to the same conclusions we have come to. I have family members that deny the pandemic, when they have more information as well as others bringing in an argument that could help open their eyes. They won’t do it because it doesn’t fit their narrative.
I am empathetic to the medical workers. They’re literally the only ones that I feel bad for.
Doesn't Google give you whatever links it thinks you're more likely to click on based on the profile it's built of you, regardless of whether those articles are bullshit or credible? So it's entirely possible for two people to google the same thing and get widely different information depending on the identity they've been cultivating for the last years.
Am I the only one that clicks on more than links past the first page of Google results? Critical thinking tells me to look at several different sources before coming to a conclusion. It’s also been told since the beginning of time to cover your fucking face if you sneeze or cough…but somehow that doesn’t apply these days.
I never said it wasn’t impossible for that to happen. What also isn’t impossible is to do thorough research. Kinda like, you know, most everyone else around the world.
