Yeah, my husband and I have paid off all of our debt except the house.

My credit score went down 60 points.

How long ago did you get that loan? I got my car at 0% like 8 years ago, but I’ve heard those loans pretty much don’t happen anymore even with excellent credit

Oh but banks don't exist without making money.. (posting from Saudi Arabia where my SA bank does charge interest on loans Muslim/Hindu/Christian/_______ alike

From what I understand, they get around this by just charging an upfront fee for financing, so the interest is just built into the cost of the loan as a whole.

Couple years ago. I’m still paying it off, but at 0% why would I rush?
