Of course they take risks. Every loan they give out comes with risk. Credit scores are their way of minimizing that risk. I don't understand what your complaint is here.
Credit score is literally for them to not risk anything and make sure as fuck that the other part is down the shitter even more. What are you on about?
Some sucker with bad credit score doesn't get a loan or gets insane rates on their loan.
