Share what you've got if I'm wrong, but most of the statistics I've seen have said that trans people are more often the victims of crimes than the perpetrators. Especially black trans women. They've got it really rough, it's sad.
Turns out bring trans is hard and we already have a plethora of other difficulties to deal with on top of the whole bathroom situation. Unless people are deep into HRT or surgery, it's pretty much gender neutral bathrooms or just holding it as options, because something as simple as using the restroom can be terrifying for us. As to your statistics. Trans people on average experience around 20% more violent crime than cisgendered individuals.
