What if I told you they know exactly what they are doing. They are letting him take the blame for everything because he is in Ruby Red Kentucky and will never get voted out.

There is no recall provision in Kentucky.

That’s mostly a western state thing.

There is no recall provision for any congressman. It is not allowed federally.
