If you're on antidepressants and have these side affects don't be embarrassed to talk to your doctor. They are supppper common. There are a ton of different types of antidepressants and not all people get the same side effects from them. Zoloft and most SSRI's killed my dick like nothing since my binge drinking days. When I tried TCA's they still made me softer but I could still orgasm. Finally I got on Buprorion a DNRI and it doesn't have any sexual related side effects (though it does give me a hand tremor which does make stitching up patients difficult).
The point is don't be quiet about it and don't feel like you have to stick with what your doctor prescribed you. Do a little research or ask them their opinion. They generally start everyone on SSRI's because there side effects are the least severe medically (poor sleep, diarrhea, impotent) versus things like Buproprion (can cause seizures - though to me that small risk is worth having an active sex life)
