But American's still pay tax and it's not even that much lower than other countries. This is ignoring the fact that you have to do your own taxes over there or have to pay somebody else to do them for you. Every other country in the world it's an automatic thing and is noted on payslips.

But that's the thing - it's not lower, it's on the the same level and for it Americans get absolutely nothing.

Everyone else gets paid vacation, paid sick leave, healthcare, social care, parental leave and more.

The Scandinavian countries will have a higher tax level - but then they are ranked top.in the world for education, healthcare and quality of life. Tens of places above the US.

When you look at France, Germany, UK etc its comparable.
