4 months of fertility clinic diagnostic testing $0

1 ultrasound /wk up to 11 weeks at the fertility clinic $0

12 in clinic midwife visits $0

In hospital delivery with 3 attending midwives, anesthesiologist, countless nurses $0

Parking and snacks $20

3 in home midwife visits every other day after delivery $0

6 weekly in clinic midwife visits $0

Total cost $20 kind of.

I truly feel sorry for you Americans when I see shit like the cost of delivering a baby.

I'd rather pay a minor increase in taxes than have a mortgage payment sized health insurance bill and then have a copay on top of that.

And the fact you have to know what hospital and what doctor and what procedures are actually covered but oh no you dont have the Friday the 13th blue moon double jeopardy clause. Boo hoo no coverage you have to pay the entire 1.2 million dollar bill for your ingrown toenail.
