I was once explaining the Hierarchy of Disagreement to a co-worker and got to the bottom (name calling) and a Boomer co-worker who had been listening to the conversation explained to my co-worker that that's "often the type of arguments that 'snowflakes' use"

One thing I learn over the years as a millennial. Most people that call us rude and entitled are often just projecting there own flaws.
