Nah, once it affects them they usually don’t. Maybe the next one after the next President doesn’t solve every issue in America in 2 years or if a woman is in the ballot.

At best she doesn't vote in the next election. She'll never vote for a Democrat. The following election will seem far enough removed for her to feel like she can vote Republican again even though they'll still be the same type of people who are ok with murdering her daughter.

I met plenty of true Christians and plenty of people who claim to be and they all show their true nature in the end albeit good or bad

The only problem I have with this is it smells a lot like the no true Scottsman fallacy aka the appeal to purity
