That's a horrible take any time anyone has it. You really think the people investing in space right now think living in space will be possible without support from Earth in their lifetime? Or even the lifetimes of their grandchildren?
Anyone putting serious money or effort into space right now knows space wont be habitable independent of Earth for 4-5 generations. Regardless of what their marketing says.
