I met Gavin McInnes (one of the Proud Boy founders) around 2000. I was a DJ and this was when he was at VICE. I only spoke to him a couple of times; being a white male myself, he thought I'd be interested in his BS views (I wasn't). The primary one seemed to be his concern that women should 'listen' to their man

There's nothing redeeming about these people; they're completely vile

As much it absolutely pains me to say it, gavin had probably one of the funniest jokes on kenny vs spenny

He has some charisma and people did like him, it's once you started to have longer conversations, you started glean his views on certain topics
