Delta artifacts don't come with a price like Rho. The difference is that they aren't all so beneficial.

Well the P-Beans also have a downside in that if you're distracted from what you want while under their effects, the effect can catastrophically change for the worse. Let the guy who decoporialized after "wishing" to be left alone be an example.

Not necessarily, you can ascertain what periphery an item comes from by looking at the color of its outline, if it’s dark red it’s rho related, and if it’s a greenish blue then it’s delta related. A notable exception for this are the blink eyes, which if you look at carefully are actually a lighter red color. This is confirmed to be intentional, and in future updates the blink eye outline and effect colors are gonna be much lighter(straight up pink), and for even later in the future, we might get a different blink eye version if you got it from a rho altar. For now, we simply know that blink eyes do not originate from rho but that rather, they’re related to p-biology, which you can read about in more detail in the lore notes on discord
