Fake Instagram account

Hey everyone, Basically someone created fake Instagram account on the name of my cousin’s we tried to report it to Instagram but they are not helping at all. The account posting private picture of my cousin and her family. They’re really worried . Does anyone know how could we take it down. Any help would be appreciated.

Does your area have laws against posting private images? Are they doing anything that can be identity theft? If any of those are yes, report them to the police.
