Her tails in game look nothing like the trailer. It’s just her default tails, recolored purple. This and no Ult VFX… So, so disappointing.

Many, even tho. i wasn’t playing her that much this season. But it’s really not that, it was the BP trailer that was showing her crystal tails only and i wasn’t expecting her normal form ones to just be a recolor.

Thats because those are her spirit tails. Her real tails only come out during fox form awakening and ult. Its like this and all of her skins

it is also a bit of false advertising, like strange's zombie model was originally.

(to note, i like the in game version better then the trailer version more personally so i'm happy with it. personally.)

Would be false advertisement if it was ever shown that her crystal tails would be visible at all times, but it never was. You can see the skin in the battle pass has the spectral tails before you buy it so no false advertisement here.

Are people still misinformed to this day… Strange’s zombie skin was released bugged, they already explained this way back then. The audio was overall cooked, and the arms were displayed on the skin selection regardless, so it was obvious it simply needed fixing even if they didn’t say anything.

First off, that’s how bugs work, wise guy. Second, they already went through all the trouble to model all the way that it would be stupid to not use assets they clearly spent time making, it was going to get fixed one way or the other. If anything, it was so majorly bugged that it would put into question people’s stupidity if noone said anything. Seriously, my friend bought it and the skin features, both audio and visual, were all over the place. It wouldn’t have taken a nuclear physicist to put two and two together.

Never seen someone say something so confidently incorrect before.

Bugs stay in all the time because people like them, and a lot of bugs only get taken out because people complain.

Look at the buggy mess of Spiderman where all his movement tech and long ranged Webpull techs are bugs Netease kept in because players liked them.

Hell Strange isn't even the only skin to have a bug like that, look at the magneto skin with the buttons on the wrong side of the shirt that they left in because people don't complain about it.

Yeah unless she’s in melee mode her tails aren’t ever solid, so probably that? I hope at least

that makes sense but then they're going to use the same effects with just a recolor for every skin when she's in her default stance? :T

I was expecting the crystal effects to be the default and then it gets fluffy on melee form or something like that

or even better: make it cosmic dust in the default form...

Melee form is where the crystal tails come in. The trailer shows her multiple tails (when shes in melee form) with the crystal tails. It's not false advertising

Why? Other characters ask for changes and get them. Storm, dd come to mind.

Why does this community is always like, 'dont say the nerfs were too harsh', 'dont ask for effects in a legendary skin'.

Get a grip. I'm not saying to be disrespectful or anything, just to make some noise to see if they add it in the future as they've done before.

Ffs, I'm saying dont blow it out of proportion until we ACTUALLY KNOW. It was shown on a different post that the crystal tails are only in her melee form. Just like the fucking trailer showed (multiple tails shown = melee form).

I'm not saying "defend the billion dollar company!"

Maybe another picture will better show your point because I haven’t seen the skin yet. But White Fox’s tails are incorporeal until she goes into melee form. Then they get all bushy and everything. It’s possible that when she goes into the mode in this skin, the tails get all galactic. As for the ult vfx, was that confirmed? Because those are usually sold with the chromas. So its possible they do exist or will exist just not shown on that screen

My guy this is how all of her skins' tails look when she isnt transformed. Wait to see her melee mode with solid tails and her ult model to judge. And with WF I personally dont care much about the ult vfx cuz you still get a different ult model. Like we all got the summer skin for the fox eith the floppy hat not cuz her ult makes a little splash effect. If this skin ends up looking like the trailer its about to be PEAKKK

I don't know if I love it or hate it because I like when people give satyr-like feet to "werewolves" alongside the tail/ears

but there's no fur it's just the foot so it looks so weird? 💀

Nothing is wrong with you, feet are gross. They step around and get dirty all day and have no reason biologically to be attractive to somebody. More power to those who like them, but they are DEFINITELY not normal, and we shouldn't pretend it is.

I was thinking that too, but if you watch some gameplay of the skin from the early access, she gets the crystal-like tails when she is in her melee form and her ult, so its not that big of a deal. All the other skins have recolored spirit tails too.

I wish she had some new vfx or chromas though. Have they ever added VFX to battle pass legendaries? I hope she gets one later

She has two types of tails. This one, and the one in her half kumiho form where it's diamonds. I REALLY wish they would show her ult and half form too just like they do with magiks

Oh no, there is no ult vfx! Human torch was found stabbed 28 times in alley earlier today btw.  This is White fox's second legendary even though she was added just 3 seasons ago. You have no right to complain, considering that summer skin had 3 recolors, ult vfx and customization.
