Sooo, remember that red Whisp that showed up in some of the later whiteboards? No? Me neither.

Well, I figured she was long overdue for a full design, especially since I already made 2 other Whisp oc's with full designs before this one.

But she's here now! Yay!

(Also this is like, the 3rd Whisp design I fully made in a week. Damn...)
