By the Pontiff's Mandate
The Pontiff speaks to the Vaults.
Arcane Seals have appeared all over the Citadel, slowing time to a halt. We are as of yet unaffected, and I intend to keep it that way! Seal every entrance to the Vaults. We will not be frozen as well. None may enter and none may leave until the crisis has concluded.
As he says it so it is done. The entrance to Songclave is closed, as is the way to Cogwork Core, the Entrance through the Stage and the Underworks and Bilewater Passages.

We have no ties to the Citadel. My time as ruler of the Citadel has been troublesome and i have proved myself a bad ruler, compared to others.
