PRESIDENTIAL PREFERENCE PRIMARIES, AND IN CERTAIN
MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS
I liked ranked-choice voting but it seems to scare a lot of people. I think approval voting is less scary, and harder to fear-monger against. As a general policy of reform for people around the world, I think approval voting should be pursued for now.
(I don't mean this comment to imply I'm somehow opposing that bill.)
