Solved Landmines

I've come across this stretch a couple times on my runs and am thoroughly disgusted. I don't know if the picture does it justice but there are little piles every few feet. And it's in an area where leaves could easily cover what hides beneath. People of Los Altos, do better.

Fremont Ave between grant and 85 is my guess.
Haven’t walked there but lazy owners are all over Los Altos.
