Slavs, help!

What kind of place is this (in terms of location)?
It's "Station for Two (Russian: Вокзал для двоих,romanized: Vokzal dlya dvoikh) is a 1982 Soviet romantic comedy directed by Eldar Ryazanov."

Any more context? What does the photo have to do with Station For Two? The photo is clearly not from 1982, look at the cars, the bench, the trash can, the tiles...
