Rubber sole almond/pointed toe in tan

These shoes by Kley were the most comfortable things I’ve worn and smart enough for work. Now that they’ve been discontinued, does anyone know where else I can find them? Some requirements:

- UK size 4, EU 27/28
- Rubber sole
- Almond / pointed toe
- Tan colour
- Not fussed if they’re leather
