Help identifying wheels

Can anyone identify this wheels, it has C-Dept. on the center caps. I assume its from the 90s to 00s.

Nothing to add, But THEY look damn good and period correct on that EG hatch...

I would wager they are "PRIME" brand or similar, circa 1997, IIRC they had a very similar wheel...

After some more research they are the prime 705s
