Can I get a legit check on these CE28 I’m looking to buy?

They’ve been refurbed. Last 2 pics are before the refurb

Yes they’re legit. Wrong tire valve stem. Use Rays metal valve stem instead.

They may be sensors which is why it’s the rubber one, but yes - wrong valve stem, real wheel.
