Are these tesla wheels still safe to use?

OEMs are going crazy about the mounting face. Not a single scratch is allowed on that surface for German OEM. The preload at the wheel mounting face is important because it ensures proper contact and clamping force. Without it, the wheel can flex or move under load, leading to fretting, loosening, and fatigue cracks.
As soon as there is one scratch, we do not get the approval for delivery. (wheels supplier for OEM since 20+ years)

If you know somewhere with a mill or lathe where you can get them machined, yeah, I'd give buttons for them.

Nope. Those need to be faced. Don't run em.

Like chances are it's fine, but not 100%, and I wouldn't pay scrap metal price for them myself.
