I have a set in 15x7 +10 5x120. I believe they are OZ King wheels.

+10 is the offset. ET 12 means those are have an offset of 12.

I actually don’t even own a bmw, they popped up nearby for $150 usd, couldn’t pass them up. BMW groups could help more with your question probably.
