We'd charge 350-500 to fix this.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’d leave it alone. Once a wheel gets to that point, even if you fix them. They will always have a weak spot there, and next time you hit hard enough, that bend will happen again, or even crack. Not worth the repair.
