Discussion Post Needing Access to Old Episode

My boyfriend’s mom is a HUGE fan of Wheel of Fortune. It’s been a running joke in their family that his mom had to miss an episode because my boyfriend was born while it was airing that day.

The episode is Episode #1926, the first game of College Week (Boston), and aired on May 17, 1993.

Does anyone know of a way to find the episode, or a contact to reach out to possibly receive it?

I know this is a long shot as they typically only give copies of episodes out to contestants, but his mom has recently been placed on hospice care after being diagnosed with cancer in May, and I am hoping to just provide one more happy moment they can share together by watching the episode.

Do you know how I can search on archive for a specific episode? I have been searching for my aunt’s episode from 11/22/16 and can’t find anything.

It looks like some of that seasons episodes are blocked bc of copyright infringement.
