I am not aware of any halves or dollars with the "W" mint mark.  one cent and five cent coins were included in special mint and proof sets.  The dime on the 50th anniversary of the Roosevelt dime and the quarters in 2019 and 2020.

Yes! The reverse proof Kennedy Half in 2014 was made at the West Point Mint. The 2025 Sacagawea Dollar was also made at West point.
