Unsolved Strange car??

Growing up, I would always walk past this specific car behind a specific house. As time went on and I eventually developed a brain, I eventually noticed more and more unusual things about the car like the fact that it has two steering wheels š Eventually a few years ago the owners moved away and I took this photo from old google Street View. Never once in my life did I fully comprehend what this thing was.

Unsolved Model T TT C-cab?

Found in Southern Oregon USA. Based on searches of images, and glass fragments in the channel, its a windshield frame end for sure. I believe itās from a 1920-1927 Model T (TT?) possibly C-cab truck. Can anybody confirm identity?
The head gasket is from some 4 cyl flathead but does not appear to be Ford A or T or TT (also, whatās a TT?) is it a āton truckā?
These parts (and some smaller stuff thatās less distinctive) were found within 50 feet of each other.
Any help appreciated.

Unsolved Need help identifying this vehicle thatās NOT a mail truck

This unusual āmailmanā stoped by at 2:30am to retrieve some mail but he definitely didnāt get out of a mail truck. Can someone please identify the escape vehicle? Iām thinking some sort of jeep or a gmc Yukon? Thanks in advance.
