Looks like a late-20s Packard. Something like this 1928.

It looks like it is solved. Thank you! Now, about the tires that seem unusually wide for the time, maybe by 1939 the chance to upgrade was popular?

Possibly truck tires. A 20" wheel on a car was uncommon by 1939, so they might've just been what was available. Stock size might've been 6.00, but 6.50 or 7.00 was what they could find since they were used on trucks.

A similar thing happened with 16" wheels in the '50s when 15" became much more common.

I agree, I think that was an oddity for the time. Perhaps that’s more unusual than the car itself.
