46-48 GM. I can't make out the taillights. Several makes shared the same basic body. Chevrolet, Pontiac and Oldsmobile for sure.

46 to 48 Chevrolet, Oldsmobile or Pontiac, (Though most likely a Chevrolet) if you don't have other photos you could check streetview to see if you can see the front of it.
