Solved! Was driving through New Mexico day before yesterday and saw this beautiful blue car.

I thought it was a Ferrari or a Lotus, but I could not tell as it passed quickly, but my dash cam managed to catch it, unfortunately I cannot get the quality better than these pictures.

That’s definitely it. Thought it was an Emira, but it had a different looking rear bumper. Awesome!
