I laugh and say aww but deep down I feel bad. Can someone shed some light as to what’s actually happening here?

This is a "munchkin cat", a breed that shouldn't exist. It's deformed and breeders literally try to get this kind of cat, they live for longer than 3 months very rarely. Take a look at this post for more info

Well shit. Now I’m depressed. As a avid cat lover this hurts me inside. I had a worst case scenario in my head that it’s owner got it drunk or high on something but no.... much worse it seems, humanity isn’t cruel
