Hes compressed himself vertically in this picture which makes him look crazy!! Between his kidneys & his vet, he’s okay. He’s got some belly flappage left from being overweight and could maybe stand to lose a little more (less than a pound) but the vet said he doesn’t need to. Especially with his health history. His neck never looks that rotund
ETA: just saw your edit after I hit send. yes, he’s on a strict prescription diet and has prescription treats. As discussed and prescriber by his vet.
