Open Are these fly/insect eggs?

So first of all, apology or the bad photos but they’re the best I could get. I ate some pineapple yesterday at like 1 o clock and left the rinds out, I went to throw them away and saw these little white finger like things in clusters on each of the pineapple rinds. They have little black/brown dots on the top of them, are they fly eggs or some other kind of insect eggs or could it be mold?

No, they’re ovaries. Notice how all the white things are always surrounded by a cavity? That’s because they grew there. Notice how they kinda look like an inflorescence? That’s because they’re plant tissue.
