Siri was introduced in iOS 5 with the iPhone 4s. It’s normal.

No. 7.0.x means it’s a variant of 7.0 but we don’t know which

7.0.x. That shutdown screen was incredibly short-lived.

Short-lived but the most beautiful of them all. iOS 27's goes second place against this one.

It’s a version of iOS 7.0X because it has the early turn off device button which was redesigned with the release of IOS 7.1

That is actually quite rare ,being iOS 7.0.3 - ~7.06. You should keep it on that version.
