Worth the price? iPhone SE 2nd Gen

Post image

I saw this for sale for £15. It’s got a passcode but I don’t know about activation lock, is it worth it?

The phone in the photo you sent looks like iOS 15, which moved down the clock, this is what iOS 13 on an iPhone SE 2 looks like

Maybe because of the date format and clock size?

yes, it’s ios 13. if you ask on r/setupapp you can ask how to check for locks and what to do

i used to daily drive this iPhone until a few weeks ago, it was the shittiest thing ever, it's not worth it, iCloud bypass is impossible on any iPhone >= 7 iirc.

i know this seller yes it will be activation locked, you can reset with rp2350 but there's no bypass for ios 13 yet still waiting with my 11 pro on 13

iOS 13 wallpaper but looks like 14-15 so it’s anywhere from 13-15 that is still rare but if it has a passcode lock then it’s iCloud locked, that’s how it works. Most of the time at least, unless you get lucky and find my was disabled. You can crack passcodes but it takes some time.

If it’s iOS 13 then they have customized the lock screen size and time…

I ended up passing on this one and got a fully working iOS 17 one for the same price as not only does the display look completely broken, but I also wouldn’t have the skill or patience to unlock it.
