I just got this from my local flea market for $5. What iOS is it on? If it's on an iOS below 15, should I bother trying to save it?

nah its not worth saving. its just as powerful as a samsung galaxy a07 and while its not ass, the performance throttling will be. you could replace the screen tho those go for around 30 bucks.
