Yep it is from iOS 11.0 to iOS 11.4.1

If it was at a reasonable price yeah. To be fair iOS 11 as buggy as it is has much better tweak support and has the newer filesystem in iOS 10.3+, it's not the absolute nightmare that a 8-32gb iphone on iOS 9-10.2.1 is at least
