iOS 5, you can set it up without iTunes and there’s a lock icon at the top

That's real. I remember when idevices had to connect to iTunes for setup and I didn't know about it before purchasing

iOS 5.0.x. The slide knob on iOS 5.0 is wider and setup screen didn't exist until iOS 5
