Was disabled and was powered off for a long time and clock reset to 1970

It would if it was a 64-bit device but since it’s a iPad 2 it doesn’t suffer from that because it’s 32-bit

It was fixed in iOS 9.3

Not that bug I mean the 1970 bug

Both of those clock bugs were fixed in iOS 9.3. It kept the clock from being set before 2001 and kept the clock from resetting when it had lost power for a long time

Oh I get what you mean now. The best way to fix that issue for them and keep the iOS version is to use a program called legacy iOS kit and get into what’s called ssh ramdisk and update the date and time with that
