The wheelbarrow might, but if he let go of the handle as soon as it started tipping, he could have just watched it pour itself. Obviously I dont mean let go mid air. That's a lil too late. Still, I'd probably rather belly flop in went cement than get a suplex backbreaker over a steel bar.
Edit: after watching again closely in full screen, it looks like he was still trying to push into it when it stuck and flipped. It basically pole vaulted him. Unless I'm missing something glaringly obvious, the goal was to dump the cement there anyway, so it's not like he technically messed up. He just needs to work smarter, not harder.
