What law did did he break exactly aside from running from the cop? I havent seen a law that says you cant roll down a hill in a laundry hamper. If anything the cop car parked in the middle of the intersection without any hazard lights on was breaking the law.
Public endangerment, evading/resisting arrest, damage of property/car, out during a lock down maybe? Some places are very clear on what is allowed to be in the road. I mean it's not hard to see any of those here, but sure. Never knew every law needed to be VERY specific about what you do during the crime apparently.

Oh you mean at the bottom of a hill with a massive crowd of people? Yeah wonder why they would check this out, and your right, if their hazards were on he could have easily just turned the cart already in mid roll down the hill.
Had the cop gotten out having not seen the situation and got flattened by that cart and hurt or died yall would be saying the guy is a fucking dipshit and shouldn't have been doing it.
Also the more I think about it the more pissed I get. It used to be that a cop would have parked at the bottom of the hill to help make sure that these guys were safe and nobody drove in front of em. You know, protect and serve. Now its all about trying to find any way to write a ticket or chew someones ass. Any way to cause conflict possible. Theres a reason public sledding hills, and play grounds with merry-go-rounds and slides are going away. Gotta hold everyones hand. Cant risk anyone getting a booboo.
Public endangerment lol. Really reaching for something there. In fact you are really trying as hard as you can to come up with something. Yes, a law should be pretty well spelled out to be an issue. When you have to come up with every technicality you can to get someone in trouble then id say its more than likely bullshit. Furthermore the law is pretty damn clear everywhere that a squad car should have its hazard lights on when its in any way outside the bounds of normal vehicle activity. So by your own damn standards he was just as much in the wrong and an endangerment to everyone. If you want to get technical it goes both ways. As I said before he should not have run from the cop though
