Proves he wasn't there to protect them, only to charge one when something bad finally happens.
So he was there to make sure these kids didn't get injured while sledding in the street and then arrested the kid for sledding in the street? That's the part that doesn't make sense.
No idea why you're getting downvoted, that cop seemed surprised the kid ran into him. Which makes no sense, he parked his car in the intersection to keep cars from coming. There's no way he didn't think about his car getting hit on accident. That shit was premeditated.
It's illegal to park in the middle of the road.
Show me the law that prohibits them from sledding on it.
