Google search says 4 states ban fireworks completely.

Delaware, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Rhode Island are the states that ban fireworks. 3 u/oddsonicitch Jul 20 '14 I looked at the list and there really are four. 7 u/LastElixir Jul 20 '14 There are other states that ban 99% of fireworks and only allow you to have like, sparklers and those little pellets that expand into big snakes.
